Track the performance and data of your virtual number! LimePhone's Analytics allows you to monitor, track and prioritize your calls

 

Head over to your Analytics Page to view your call stats and the performance of your virtual business number.

 

Let's take a look around...

Call Stats

Your total call stats are summarized and can be filtered by date range.

 

Total, outbound, answered and missed calls.

 

Call Type

This shows where your calls and leads originate, and is a great way to identify where your business number is most successful.

 

Leads Report

Shows a summary of all events, calls, meetings, successful and failed calls.

 

Allowing you to identify areas of improvement and success within your business.

 

Performance

Displays your response time in connecting or responding to calls, your answer rate, your customers answer rate and the average time for calls.

 

Lead Stats

Displays any pending calls not yet actioned, assigned call where you've reviewed the call and assigned to a user, total calls / leads and those you've closed.
