Here's how to set up call recording for all incoming and outgoing calls
This has become an essential industry standard tool for training and monitoring purposes, it allows all inbound and outbound calls to be recorded, stored or download. A great feature for reviewing orders and sales calls, or for compliance purposes.
To activate and deactivate Call Recording follow to 2 step.
- 1.Go to Setting > Platform and select 'Call Recording'
- 2.Go to 'Numbers' and select 'Manage'.
Select 'Call Recording' and enable using the button.
Call recording has now been turned on.
