Receiving Your First Call

Here's how to receive incoming calls.

 

Let's take a look at how to manage incoming calls from your virtual number.

 

Incoming calls will appear and ring on your desktop, mobile browser and Android App.

 

 
Accept the call using the button.

 

Whilst connected to the call, you can update caller information, add tags and notes.

 

 View call insights.

 

 
Allowing you to capture all relevant data and information in real time.
To end the call, click the red 'End Call' button.
Once the call has ended, a Call Summary window will appear.

 

 
Here you can assign the lead to a user or team, score the lead, mark their interest, update the outcome of the call, and add further notes.

 

The call will be logged on your Call Reports page.

There are several 'quick action' buttons where you can:
  • Assign the lead to a user or team
  • Set the qualification status
  • View call info
  • Review call recording
  • Add tags
  • Assign a call / lead status 

You can also delete, call or send SMS.

 

 
Select the Lead ID to open a preview screen.

 

 
Lead Preview allows users to manage all aspects of the lead.

 

Quick action buttons to:
  • Callback via another device
  • Call
  • SMS
  •  

Manage and qualify the call

View all call information, lead data, insights, activities, and timeline.
Use LimePhone's 'Quick Action' buttons to call and message.
