Welcome your callers with a custom greeting message

LimePhone allows you to set up custom greeting messages to greet your callers when they call you. This is a great way to personalize your communication with your customers and make them feel welcome.

How to set up a custom welcome message:

• Go to the Phone Numbers section of your LimePhone account.
• Select the phone number for which you want to set up a custom welcome message.
• Click on the 'Manage'.

• Click on the Greeting Message button and select 'Set a greeting message'.

• You can either upload your message, record audio (mp3 format) or select LimePhone's default template.
• Click on the Save button to save your changes.

Testing your custom welcome message

Once you have set up your custom welcome message, you can test it by clicking on the 'play' button next to the Welcome Message section. You can also test it by calling your LimePhone number from another phone.
