How to setup custom hold music?

LimePhone allows you to set up custom hold music for all calls waiting to connect to an agent. This is a great way to personalize your communication with your customers and create hold music specific to your business or brand..

How to setup custom hold music:

• Go to the Phone Numbers section of your LimePhone account.
• Select the phone number for which you want to set up hold music for.
• Click on the 'Manage'.

• Scroll down to the Hold Music section and click on the 'New Music' button'.

• Upload your new hold music (mp3 format) or select LimePhone's default template.
• Click on the Save button to save your changes.

Testing your Hold Music

Once you have set up your hold music, you can test it by clicking on the 'play' button next to the hold music section. You can also test it by calling your LimePhone number from another phone.
