LimePhone offers a 14-day free trial to let you experience the full power of our platform before committing to a paid plan. To ensure fair usage and prevent abuse, certain conditions and qualifications apply to all trial accounts.


Eligibility:

  • Business Use: The LimePhone trial is intended for professional use by businesses and organizations.
  • New Users: The trial is available to new LimePhone users only. Existing or previous subscribers are not eligible.
  • Valid Information: Accurate and complete information is required during signup, including a valid business email address and a verifiable mobile number.

Trial Limitations:

To prevent spam and ensure optimal resource allocation, the following limitations apply to trial accounts:

  • Number Availability: During the trial, you can be assigned one US local number. For numbers from other countries, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan.
  • Call Forwarding: You can forward calls to US or UK numbers only during the trial period.
  • Outgoing Calls: Outgoing calls are limited to US numbers during the trial.
  • Fair Usage: Excessive usage that disrupts the service or exceeds reasonable limits for a trial account may result in trial suspension or termination.

Verification and Activation:

  • Manual Review: All trial signups are manually screened to prevent fraud and ensure legitimate business use.
  • Activation Time: Most trials are approved within 24 business hours.
  • Business email address: We require a valid business email address to verify your professional identity. This helps us ensure that LimePhone is being used for legitimate business purposes. (If you do not use a business email,  please contact us via live chat to request a approval)
  • Card on file:  A credit card is required to activate your trial. This helps us prevent fraudulent accounts and ensures a seamless transition to a paid plan if you choose to continue using LimePhone after your trial.

Upgrading to a Paid Plan:

You can unlock all features and remove trial limitations by upgrading to a paid subscription at any time during or after your trial period.
