Cancellation Process
If you wish to cancel your LimePhone subscription or a purchased phone number, follow these steps:
Log in to your LimePhone Account
- Visit app.limephone.io and sign in.
Go to Your Subscription or Numbers Section
- Navigate to Billing & Subscriptions (for subscription cancellation).
- Navigate to My Numbers (for number cancellation).
Select the Subscription or Number
- Click on the Cancel Subscription or Release Number option.
Confirm the Cancellation
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation.
- Once canceled, your subscription or number will no longer be available at the end of the billing cycle.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable for unused U.S. phone numbers and are granted solely at the company’s discretion.
Eligibility for Refund
✔ Unused U.S. Numbers – If the number has never been used (i.e., no calls, messages, or verifications).
✔ Refund Request Made Within 7 Days of purchase.
✔ No Abuse or Violation of Terms – Refunds will not be processed if the number has been used for spam, fraud, or other prohibited activities.
Non-Refundable Items
✖ Subscription fees after usage.
✖ Numbers that have been used (calls, messages, or verifications).
✖ International numbers (outside the U.S.).
✖ One-time-use numbers or abuse-prone requests.
How to Request a Refund
If you meet the refund eligibility criteria, follow these steps:

- Visit our Help Center or email [email protected] with the subject: Refund Request - [Your LimePhone Number].
Provide Necessary Details
- Your LimePhone account email
- The phone number you are requesting a refund for
- A brief reason for the refund request
Wait for Review
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Important Notes
- Refund requests are processed at the company’s sole discretion to prevent abuse.
- If your request does not meet the eligibility criteria, it will be denied.
- Repeated refund requests may result in account restrictions.
