Varieties of Phone Numbers: In any country, you'll generally find four main categories of phone numbers:

1. Local Phone Number (Voice & SMS or Voice-exclusive)
2. Mobile Number (SMS-exclusive or Voice & SMS)
3. National Number
4. Toll-Free Number

Determinants of Pricing: The cost of phone numbers is influenced by several elements:

• Accessibility via the LimePhone dashboard or through manual acquisition

In countries like the US, UK, and Canada, both local and toll-free numbers are readily available via the LimePhone dashboard.

For Australia, while a voice-only local number can be obtained through the dashboard, a mobile number with Voice & SMS functionalities necessitates manual procurement.

Numbers included in your plan

Your plan includes one local number from the US, Canada or the UK at no extra charge. Toll-free, mobile and national numbers, and local numbers from other countries, are not included.

Extra numbers

US and Canadian local numbers are $3 a month. Other countries and number types can cost more (for example, a German mobile number is $39 a month). The app shows the monthly price before you buy, and that is the price you're billed. A toll-free number is billed as toll-free. Numbers you already have keep their current price.

When you're charged

When you buy an extra number, we charge its first month straight away. After that, its monthly price is added to your subscription and billed on your normal billing date.
